Thought

There is no plea to repent. There are just these things reported. People are to be given access to this revelation, and decide for themselves where they want to be. Jesus is returning and will set up His kingdom, and He will reward each person according to what he has done. Has he persisted in sin and wickedness? His place will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone. Has he repented and practiced righteousness and lived a holy life? He will have the right to enter through the gates and dwell in the New Jerusalem. Everyone makes their own choice.

Application

In compassion, I should be compelled to plead with people to repent. But in truth, people will choose what they want. The best I can hope for is to present the truth of what is going to happen and hope a person makes a wise decision, choosing to repent and believe Jesus and walk in His ways. People need to hear the truth in order to respond, but what they choose is on them, not me.
