Thought
In anything and everything I do, the Lord is my help. I need to remember to call on Him not just for strength or protection, but wisdom and guidance. I don't just need Him to keep me safe in hard times or circumstances, but I need Him to show me the way I should go.
Application
Lord, please keep us safe as we go through this day, and help me know what to do, who to visit and what to say.
