We are a group of ordinary people who are determined to know the extraordinary God who made all things. We believe God is not far off and uncaring, but created us out of His desire to share His love and wisdom and riches with us. We believe He has revealed Himself in history and more specifically through the Bible.

The only way to know the true God and the true Jesus is to read, believe, trust and act on what the Bible teaches about God and about how He wants His followers to live. The Book of Colossians in the New Testament is a good place to start. Then the Gospel of Mark or any of the other Gospels (Matthew, Luke, John). These are the first four books of the New Testament. After that, read the rest of the New Testament (in order), then read the Old Testament.

Read through What's a Christian? here to get a basic foundation or overview of God's purpose for us through Jesus.

At the same time, find a church, a fellowship of Christians, that also believes, trusts and acts on what the Bible teaches. They will help you with questions and guidance, as well as provide living examples of what you read in the Bible. You will not find a perfect church, but there are churches where you can find people who are serious about knowing God in truth and walking faithfully in His ways. They will be a great help to you in discovering and following the real Jesus.
