Joe's (our Chinese coworker) apartment in Weihai to sell soon for a fair price

Thank you for praying! I just talked to Joe this morning and the apartment has sold. We had originally hoped it might leave him a comfortable savings or retirement, but after COVID-19 and the recent property crisis in China, we were just hoping he would at least break even. The Lord clearly wants him always relying on Him, so He graciously allowed him to break even. We're all just glad to be free of that burden! Praise the Lord with us!
